If your courier tracking link says that your parcel has been successfully delivered but there is no sign of the flowers at the delivery address, there are a few things you can do. 

Firstly, we'd recommend that you check to see if the courier has left a 'calling card'. Often, parcels can be left in a safe place. If this happens, the courier driver should leave a calling card through your letterbox or on your doorstep. On this calling card, it will state where the parcel has been left. This can often be with a neighbour, behind a shed, gate, bin or under a sheltered area where the parcel is hidden from public view. If the delivery address is an apartment block, hotel or office, the parcel can sometimes be left with the reception or concierge. We would recommend that you check such areas as your first point of call, even if there is no sign of a calling card.
